About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Lead to help drive daily execution inside a high-performance fulfillment environment.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Thrives in fast-paced operations
Takes ownership of outcomes (not just tasks)
Can lead a team while staying hands-on
You will play a key role in ensuring:
Orders ship on time
Inventory is accurate
The operation runs efficiently—especially during peak
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead day-to-day warehouse floor operations (pick, pack, ship, receiving)
Drive performance against key metrics, including On-time shipping, Order accuracy, and Productivity
Act as a shift leader—guiding team members and solving problems in real time
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Support inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
Identify inefficiencies and help improve processes
Assist with peak season execution and scaling operations
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfillment, or 3PL environment
Prior leadership experience with responsibility for team performance
Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters here)
Ability to stay organized and prioritize under pressure
A high level of ownership, urgency, and accountability
Comfortable being both hands-on and a leader
What Sets You Apart
Experience in e-commerce or DTC fulfillment
Familiarity with WMS systems (3PL Central / Extensiv is a plus)
Experience working in KPI-driven environments

Compensation & Schedule
$20–$23/hour (based on experience)
Full-time
Day + evening flexibility required
